All the ways we can move in space will be explored- supine, side lying and walking, flexion and extension, & side bending and rotation
You will explore integrating the ribs with the whole body, head to toe, using side bending and rotation while supine, side lying up on your arm, and prone
You will gain more coordination and comfort of the hips, spine, and rib cage; Learning and sensing the benefits of whole body participation.
You will experience ease and comfort while looking in any and all directions, sitting and side lying upon one arm.
You will learn to bend, reach and lift with confidence, ease and power. Sitting, supine, knee standing and standing will all be sources of variation to deepen your learning experience.
